Make Real Connections with Like Minded Women
In today's world, we are missing connection in our race to build audiences, businesses, and increasing our productivity.
For real connection we need to show up, tell stories, and listen to discover those common threads that bring us together. Through conversation we find common threads to weave into our tapestry of life. But we need to know how to tell our stories, which details to add, which to leave out. The words we use can cast us as either the heroes of our stories or the victims in our stories.
Yet, when we feel vulnerable and victimized we want company and people who are stronger than us to lift us up, validate our feelings, and be a sound board to our venting. This does not build connection because people are drawn to the heroes of stories and move away from those who sound like victims, it's a natural reaction because we want to feel safe instead of vulnerable.
To help you redefine your narrative and start to craft your role as a hero instead of a victim, you will receive a workbook to work through your personal reaction to the ideas in the first chapter of the, "That's Life" novel.
